People in a video who have no account

A match usually has four players, and not all of them use Padelapu. The person who uploads a video enters the players' names. The other players are then shown by name, and their positions and hits appear in the analysis.

If you are in a video and want it removed, or your name taken out, email [privacy email]. We act on it within one month, usually much sooner.

How the analysis works

The analysis is automatic. It tracks where the players and the ball are, and estimates each hit. It does not recognise faces and does not identify anyone by their body or face. Names come only from what the uploader types in.

The analysis makes no decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Who else handles your data

Only Jarno Tenni, who runs Padelapu, has access to the data. These service providers store or deliver it on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

We add any new provider to this list before it receives data. Some of these providers are US companies. [transfer basis outside the EU and the EEA: standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, per each provider's data processing agreement]. We disclose data to authorities only when Finnish law requires it.

Cookies

Padelapu uses only cookies it needs to work:

There are no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
